Adult Education Sailing Instructors

Pay: $17-25 per hour, based on experience & certifications

Sailing Season: April - October 2026

Schedule: Flexible

Role Type: Part-time, Seasonal

Reports to: Director of Adult Education

Requirements

• Sailing proficiency on small keelboats (J/22s and Sonars) 
• Coaching experience 
• Ability to adapt teaching to different learners 
• Passion for sailing & safety

Preferred Qualifications

Valid US Sailing Basic Keelboat Instructor Certification - Not Required

Bonus: USCG Captain's License & experience with 30'-40' cruising sailboats.
