BIPOC SAILING NIGHTS for Anyone identifying as a person of color

Whether you're curious about sailing or just looking for a meaningful way to spend time outside, BIPOC Sailing Nights are designed to create a welcoming and affirming space. BIPOC Sailing Nights remove barriers to access and increase representation in a sport that hasn't always been inclusive.

BIPOC Sailing Nights

BIPOC Sailing Nights, held the second Monday of the month from May - September, provide a dedicated space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to explore sailing, build community, and enjoy time of the water in an environment where you can truly feel at ease. No membership is required — non-members can sign up for a small fee!

Like our Women on the Water sails, these evenings are designed to create a welcoming and affirming space - by and for People of Color - where participants can learn, connect, and simply enjoy being out on the water.

All are welcome who identify as People of Color - Asian, Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Middle Eastern, Pacific Islander, multiracial, and more.

Already checked out as a DSC skipper? Please consider signing up to volunteer. This will allow you to develop your skills while helping others!
