Registration

• A) Parking Attendant (7:15am - 12:30pm)
  Facilitate parking, including directing cars to reserved Accessible spots.
• B) Morning Registration - J22 & PHRF & Volunteer (7:15AM - 11:00AM)
  Help set up the registration table. Check in Volunteers, as well as J22 and PHRF racers as they arrive. Sell DSC merch as needed.
• C) J/22 Mark Boat Operator (7:30AM - 4:00PM)
  Experience driving a power boat is required, and setting a One Design race course prefered.
  
  Operator MUST have BOAT US Safe Boater certificate.
• D) J/22 Chase Boat Operator (7:30AM - 4:00PM)
  You will support the PRO
• E) J/22 Race Committee Crew (7:30AM - 4:00PM)
  Assist with hoisting and lowering the flags, keeping score, and dropping and hauling marks. Experience running races and racing sailboats is strongly recommended.
• F) PHRF Race Committee Crew (9:00AM - 4:00PM)
  Assist the PHRF PRO in starting and scoring the PHRF Pursuit Race.
• G) Hansa and Sonar Racing Registration (10:00am - 12:00pm)
  Check in Hansa and Sonar racers, escort them to the assigned area or boat, assist with queueing for boarding assistance. Help clean up and break down the registration table
• H) Hansa Chase Boat Operator (9:00am - 3:00pm)
  Experience driving a power boat is required. Operate the Chase Boat/photographer boat for the Hansa and/or Sonar courses.
  Operator MUST have BOAT US Safe Boater certificate.
• I) Hansa Mark Set Operator (9:00am - 3:00pm)
  Experience driving a power boat is required. Operate the mark set/photographer boat for the Hansa and/or Sonar courses.
  Operator MUST have BOAT US Safe Boater certificate.
• J) Hansa Race Committee Crew (9:00AM - 3:00PM)
  Assist with hoisting and lowering the flags, keeping score, and dropping and hauling marks. Experience running races and racing sailboats is strongly recommended.
• K) Lead Hansa Rigging (10:00am - 3:00pm)
  Able to lead in rigging and De-rigging the Access Dinghies. You may also assist in helping sailors to enter/exit the boats.
• L) Sonar Coach (10:00am - 3:00pm)
  Support the Accessible regatta! You will be coaching up to 3 participants on a DSC Sonar.
• M) Sonar Crew (10:00am - 3:00pm)
  Support the Accessible regatta! Assist the coach/skipper as needed in providing sailing instruction and boat handling.
• N) Sonar Chase Boat Operator (9:00am - 3:00pm)
  Experience driving a power boat is required. Operate the Chase Boat/photographer boat for the Sonar courses. Operator MUST have BOAT US Safe Boater certificate.
• O) Sonar Race Committee Crew (9:00AM - 3:00PM)
  Assist with hoisting and lowering the flags, keeping score, and dropping and hauling marks. Experience running races and racing sailboats is strongly recommended.
• P) Sonar Dockside assistance (10:00am - 3:00 pm)
  Help board sailors and catch/launch Sonars at the T Head
• Q) Lead Hoyer Lift Operator. (10:00am - 3:00pm)
  Training on our manual Hoyer lift is required to fill this role.
• R) Assistant Hoyer Lift Operator. (10:00am - 3:00pm)
  Help the lead Hoyer Lift Operator in transitioning sailors on to boats. Hoyer experience not required but recommended.
• S) Pavillion Decorating (3:00pm - 4:00pm)
• T) Merchandise Table - After-party (3:30PM-5:30PM)
  Help sell YGR and DSC merchandise at the Little Havana after-party
• U) After-Party Clean Up (7:00pm - 8:00pm)
