As a Dockmaster, you'll coordinate the cruiser boats, J's, and Sonars, and facilitate the pairing of crews, ensuring everyone has a positive and fulfilling experience on the water. Your friendly presence will greet new and experienced sailors alike, making them feel welcome and supported throughout the sail.
Before the sail begins, you'll check weather conditions, verify boat availability, and welcome participants, paying special attention to newcomers and inexperienced crew members.
