Volunteer Skippers and Crew needed for Outreach Event! 

Abilities Adventures is a program that uses outdoor adventures, sports, and leisure to empower, motivate and improve the quality of life for children and teenagers post hospitalization.

Children who were inpatient from variety of conditions including traumatic injuries resulting in spinal cord injuries, amputations, or traumatic brain injury. Abilities Adventures works to provide community settings with peers and families of patients and their caregivers to ease the stress of long medical roads to recovery.

The DSC is providing this group a 2 hour sail on Tuesday, August 29th, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
