DSC & BCYA rules seminar with Jeff Borland The joint BCYA/DSC rules seminar featuring Jeff Borland is returning to Charm City Meadworks (400 E. Biddle St), and the DSC is sponsoring a virtual feed for those who prefer to attend online. Jeff will cover rules updates and talk about a few common scenarios. Jeff is an on-water umpire for ICSA team racing. He actively races and has served on race committees for a number of years.

*Note: the Rules Talk is a prelude to the BCYA Ice Breaker on Saturday, April 16th and all are welcome to join that race free of charge. DSC day fleet skippers are invited to join using the J/22 or Sonar boats, and cruising skippers can join with the cruising boats.
