To close out the 2021 sailing season we will be running a clinic on basic spinnaker handling for racing on the J/22's. All racing teams are encouraged to participate. We will cover boat set up and rigging, sets, gybes, douses, and trimming.
Schedule:
- 1PM dockside talk
- 1:30 - break/rig boats
- 2-3PM - on-the-water practice
- 3:15 to 4:00 - debrief
Participation is limited to 4 boats (1 skipper and 3 crew per boat).

IMPORTANT: Prerequisite is to watch the J/22 Competitive Boathandling Videos from North Sails, featuring Will Crump. We will cover boathandling and boat setup at the docks, but completion of this homework portion is essential for all students prior to attending the event.
