Event Sailing Instructions and online race registration will be posted on the event page at www.BCYA.com   ELIGIBILITY: All boats must meet PHRF of the Chesapeake Category Chesapeake Bay (Ches Bay) Safety and Equipment  Requirements. PHRF Boats must have a current, valid PHRF of the Chesapeake rating certificate. PHRF CR ratings will be  used. Cruising Fleet boats will be given a courtesy rating by the race committee
