POSTPONED - Spring Soiree! Chili & Crab Soup Contest, Raffle & Silent Auction

Registration

• Break-down Volunteer
  We will need help getting tables and chairs put away at the end of the evening.We will also be gathering up everything that wasn't' sold at auction and putting it back in the storage containers. The timeline for break-down is 8:30-9PM
• General admission - Bringing a side dish!
  Register for this level if you are planning on bringing a side dish to the event, please email Johanna@downtownsailing.org with what dish you plan on bringing. Please make enough for approximately 30+ people.
• General admission - Chili contestant
  Register for this level if you are planning on entering into the chili contest, you will be emailed a few days prior to the event with contest details.
• General admission - Crab Soup contestant
  Register for this level if you are planning on entering into the chili contest, you will be emailed a few days prior to the event with contest details.
• General Admission Adult
• Set-up Volunteer
  We will need help getting tables ready and setting up the food and auction items. Set up volunteers are expected to show up at the Museum of Industry at 4:30PM to help set up.
• Silent Auction Cashier Volunteer
  We need volunteers who will help us to keep track of bids on auction items and check out high-bidders using our Square tablet card reader once the bidding is over. (Volunteers will be trained prior to the end of auction.)
