DSC and BCYA Rules Seminar w/ Jeff Borland

The Downtown Sailing Center and Baltimore City Yacht Association are hosting a joint Racing Rules Seminar, led by Jeff Borland of Eastport Yacht Club. Jeff is an on-water umpire for ICSA team racing, actively races, and has served on Race Committees for countless years.

The seminar will be at the Charm City Meadworks taproom.  This will be a private event, so please register in advance!  Make sure to arrive by 6pm to grab a drink and support your favorite local meadery.  the seminar will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Jeff brings a world of experience and it will be a fun social event for all racing sailors!
