Cruising Practice Sessions

  • Interested in learning how to sail a cruiser but I really have no experience. Excited to get out there and give it a try!
  • I almost have the skills I need to become a cruising skipper. I just need to practice my skills!

Join the DSC cruising program as we embark on a new training program for interested skippers and crew. Based on the need to get more practice for the DelMarVa skippers volunteers are donating hours of their time to help new cruisers work on their skills.

Only requirement: you have to be a cruising skipper or cruising crew to participate. Simple call the office (410-727-0722) to complete your $100 upgrade as crew or $150 upgrade as skipper to join in the fun.

Each night will be dedicated to a different skill from docking, to man overboards all nights will help you perfect your skills on the water.
