    John O'Riordan

    Fleet and Member Programs Director

    John, or "John O'," as his friends and colleagues call him, runs the fleet and helps with the membership. You can find him in the bilge of a boat or deep within the tool shed.     Rena Kazmierski

    Sailing Education Manager

    Lorena "Rena" Kazmierski stepped aboard as the Sailing Education Manager in March of 2020. Rena, as most of you know her, has been involved with the DSC since 2005 as a member, volunteer, and staff person in various capacities. Her passion is the Accessible Sailing Program, where she discovered her love for serving people living with disabilities. In addition to her fifteen years of volunteerism with the Adaptive/Accessible Program, she was an S.I.T. Instructor for three seasons while she was earning her Occupational Therapy degree.     Graham Humphrey

    Office and Administrative Manager

    Graham Humphrey joined The DSC as the Office and Administrative Manager in March of 2020. If you have taken a Keelboat or Access Dinghy course, or been a part of the Sailing Instructor Training (S.I.T.) Program, you know Graham. He has been serving at The DSC since 2015 in a part time capacity. Among other certifications, Graham holds his 100 ton USCG License. He is also a Wilderness First Responder, a kayaking instructor, and possesses his US Sailing/US Powerboating Level 1, Basic Keelboat, and Safe Powerboat Handling Instructor Certifications.
