    John O'Riordan

    Fleet and Member Programs Director


    John, or "John O'," as his friends and colleagues call him, runs the fleet and helps with the membership. You can find him in the bilge of a boat or deep within the tool shed.     Rena Kazmierski



    Sailing Education Manager

    Lorena "Rena" Kazmierski has been involved with the DSC since 2005 as a member, volunteer, and staff person in various capacities. Stepping aboard as full-time staff in March of 2020, you'll find her managing multiple programs around the DSC.     Graham Humphrey


    Office and Administrative Manager

    If you have taken a Keelboat or Access Dinghy course, or been a part of the Sailing Instructor Training (S.I.T.) Program, you know Graham. He has been serving at The DSC since 2015 in a part time capacity. Among other certifications, Graham holds his 100 ton USCG License. He is also a kayaking instructor, and possesses his US Sailing Level 1, Basic Keelboat, and Safe Powerboat Handling Instructor Certifications.
