DSC March Social - Sock Burning - Spring is Here!

Spring is here! Join the Downtown Sailing Center community for the first day of Spring. Come down to the DSC at 4 PM for our kick-off dock party with a happy hour at Little Havanas.

We will be having a "sock-burning" clothing drive on the DSC docks. Bring a pair of NEW (unused) socks or lightly used clothing to donate. We will be filling up a dinghy with all the donated clothes!

On the docks we will be having a flare burning orientation. Come down, grab a flare and participate in this important sailing safety exercise. A great way to learn an important safety strategy while we light up the harbor!

Following our sock drive and donations join us for refreshments at Little Havanas (1325 Key Highway, 2 doors down from the DSC)

Feel free to leave your car in the gravel parking lot when you head over to Havanas.
