In addition to event sponsorship opportunities outlined below, individuals and organizations may also choose to support our long-term vision through the Legacy Fund—details are provided at the end of this page. For questions about the Legacy Fund, please contact Sharon Lacy, Executive Director.

• $15,000 could help fund critical infrastructure like a new crane to speed up fleet repairs or get us halfway to an air-conditioned trailer with restrooms — creating a comfortable, functional space for classes and programs all season.
• $7,500 Can help contribute to the workforce development program by providing healthy meals and transportation covering training week and supplementing their US Sailing Basic Keelboat certification
• $3,000 can help bring the freedom of sailing to our adaptive sailors by funding specialized equipment like sip-and-puffs — making the joy of steering a boat possible for everyone.
• $1,000 could provide the equivalent of a full-year adult membership scholarship, opening the door to sailing for someone who might not otherwise have access.
• $500 might cover the cost of a summer camp scholarship, giving a child the gift of sailing and adventure.

Unrestricted YGR gifts will be directed to where they are needed most; but these examples show the kind of impact your support can have.
