Planning on being a skipper for the 2016 TNR? If so, you need to be at the DSC on Thursday evening, March 19th.

We'll review the NOR, SI's, details of the 2016 season, and cover some of the more pertinent situations that involve the RRS.

This is a mandatory meeting for all TNR Racing Skippers. Looking forward to it!
