Do you know how an electrician tells if he’s working with AC or DC power?  Easy, if it’s AC, his teeth chatter when he grabs the conductors.  If it’s DC, they just clamp together.

But seriously, join us Saturday, August 22nd at 1 PM to learn about electricity and how it is used on board a cruising boat.  We will cover troubleshooting, multimeter use (bring yours if you have one), common circuit repairs, batteries, wiring, solar panels, shore power, and safety.  This will be an illuminating, hands-on session.

This is a no experience necessary event. We look forward to seeing you at 1425 Key Highway, Liberty Room (3rd Floor) at 1 PM on the 22nd of August.

Please contact dsccruising@gmail.com for more details.
