Volunteer Registration Ya' Gotta Regatta: Saturday

  • Know your way around a grill? Help prepare lunch for our first round of sailors!
  • The youth sailors will be out racing access dinghies with their friends and family all afternoon. Jump in and help with race committee on the water!
  • The DSC needs race committee to organize the races. You will be on the water all day so make sure to stay hydrated!
  • We need one or two people on the dock for the start and end of the PHRF Race.

    The race starts at 1:00PM and will wrap up around 4:00PM.
  • Willingness to clean-up and help out anywhere! Please email Lynn at lynn@downtownsailing.org with your preferred arrival time.

Thank you for volunteering for the 2013 Ya' Gotta Regatta. This Regatta would not be possible without your volunteer support.

The day is going to start early and volunteers will be needed for boat rigging beginning at 7:30 AM with the first race (One Design Race) starting at 10:30 AM.

Volunteers are needed on the dock to do the start and finish of the PHRF race: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

The DSC needs volunteers to fill the following positions:
  • Race Committee 
  • rigger and de-rigger of boats
  • Dockmasters to monitor race from docks
  • Assistance with the Family Fun Race attendees
  • Escorts
